Having multiple resources is where building a deeper understanding and a complete system approach lowers burnout, loss of talent, highlights high potentials, spotlights pain points, and more. Using the diagram below, you can see that combining coaching, mentoring, and consulting increases information, promotes healthy relationships utilizing multiple resources willing to collaborate, and reduces duplication and silos while protecting your people, time, and investment.
