U.S. Customs and Border Protection Leadership Institute (CBP LI):

LEADZ supported the CBP Leadership Institute across two prime contractors over an 11-year period, helping establish and deliver executive coaching services for senior federal leadership development participants. Support included executive coaching, leadership development delivery, and program operations across multiple cohorts serving 1,500+ senior federal executives through 125,000+ hours of executive leadership education and 4,500+ hours of executive coaching, resulting in a 97% client satisfaction rating.

 

Transportation Security Administration Leadership Institute (TSA LI):

LEADZ supported TSA Leadership Institute programming through 1099 subcontractor roles from 2022–2025, providing executive coaching, group coaching, leadership development support, and program delivery services for TSA leadership participants while supporting executive coaching operations and federal leadership development initiatives.
