Tony Lindsey is a strategic executive with nearly 30 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and business growth across both public and private sectors. With a track record of driving transformational leadership programs and fostering high-impact partnerships, he specializes in expanding executive education and coaching initiatives to empower organizations and leaders.

Before joining LEADZ, Anthony served as the Program Director and Executive Coaching Director for the University of Virginia Darden School Foundation, Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (EELL). In this role, he led the organization’s largest government contracts, delivering over 125,000 hours of executive leadership education to 1,500+ senior federal executives and overseeing more than 4,500 hours of executive coaching with a 97% client satisfaction rating.
