L’Lorenzo has been working with a diverse clientele of leaders for over three decades focused on leadership development and team performance. His success and positive impact include working with senior leaders across multiple federal governmental agencies, international non-profits and corporations including Freddie Mac, Coca-Cola, and the Federal Executive Institute.
Utilizing a practical approach with a comprehensive background in effective communication, adding in a sense of humor, and an uncanny ability to gracefully interact with many personalities in complex settings, L’Lorenzo has helped his clients strengthen professional relationships that often leads to increased organizational effectiveness. He is well known for his commitment as a trusted advisor, providing intimate feedback and getting to the heart of the matter while stepping into positions of strength.
A graduate from the US Army Sergeant’s Major Academy and Harvard Business and Law School Executive certificate programs, L’Lorenzo also holds an MBA degree. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate, ED.d, concentrating on leadership, where it is his desire to promote his client’s awareness and overall impact.
L’Lorenzo was recognized in 2017 by the Dean of the Smith Business School for his direct contribution to the success of the Customs and Border Protection Leadership Institute when they were awarded the Outstanding Human Performance Intervention from the International Society of Performance.
