Get to Know Craig
Craig’s clients look to him when they are ready for growth and transformation through masterful, action-oriented coaching that will move them forward in measurable and meaningful ways. Before becoming a certified executive coach in 2010, Craig gained much of his leadership experience helping develop and steer organizations as a manager, director, owner, and board member during a successful career in public relations and communications. Along the way, Craig spent more than 25 years following the entrepreneur’s path and working on his own ventures in advertising, marketing and media services, television production, and consulting services for radio station owners/operators.
Today, Craig brings to his coaching practice that same passion for exploring what is possible, leavened with a wealth of real-world business experience. Over the past 14 years as a coach and trainer, Craig has worked with hundreds of leaders and dozens of teams and organizations in the government, non-profit, academic, and business sectors. Deeply curious and person-centered, Craig approaches every coaching engagement with genuine interest, excitement, and commitment. Using evidence-based coaching and team development theories and techniques, in concert with emotional intelligence, sensitivity, humor, flexibility, and creativity, Craig partners with his clients to elevate their strengths, clarify their vision and values, and articulate and achieve their goals. Organizations and their leaders seek Craig’s expertise because of his commitment to individual and system development; because he is driven by the idea that people work best and achieve the most when they are aligned on mission and purpose, and when they co-create a healthy culture based on shared values. Craig’s clients represent a wide range of large and small, local and global organizations, including: National Institute of Health (NIH), Donohoe Construction, Government Accountability Office (GAO), Intuit, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), IBM, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Google, Latino Health Initiative, Lockheed Martin, Inter-American Investment Corp., AstraZeneca/Medimmune, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), IntelliDyne, Center for Environmental Health, Navy Federal Credit Union, Reston Hospital Center, USPS, Princeton University, Rutgers University, Deloitte, Holy Cross Health.
